My first week of being a fruitarian

For anyone who is not familiar with fruitarianism, it essentially is "eating as much raw, preferably organic, fruit as you like".

Before beginning, I did some reading on the internet and in books to fill in the knowledge gaps I had regarding this eating plan. Among them, I consider the YouTube channel "Trong Khu Vuon" to be the most comprehensive and all-encompassing knowledge source that gave me a firm sense of confidence.

One might adopt this diet for a range of reasons and purposes. People may believe it to be a healthy decision, a lean option, an environmentally friendly choice, a choice made for religious grounds, etc. For me, it's just out of a wish to free myself from the want of enjoying delicious foods and the burden of choosing what to eat each and every day. I can not recall how many mornings I woke up considering what I would have for breakfast, what I would have for lunch, where I would dine, etc. Indeed, it takes up a lot of my time and energy and causes some mental stress. Apparently, eating is pleasant for the majority of us, but it also restricts our freedom of thought and choice and prevents us from fulfilling our lives to the fullest.

Okay, so this was the moment when I decided to stray from the well-worn path. I completed this challenge with ease and have been an 80% fruitarian for a week thanks to my strong resolve and determination. That decision made me happy, and I have noticed improvements over time. In-depth information will be shared with you in later posts.
