Situation

Today, I started my first day as an Account Manager at a trading company.

I was shocked when I knew that the daily morning meeting is at 9 AM. Every employee will report what's done and what'll be doing. Honestly, I don't like that type of management, so tired, and may ruin my morning energy and a whole day's mood.

The female director is kind of rude and pressures her staff during every talk. I don't like that energy at all. Too overwhelming.

Practice

I understand that everyone has good and not good traits. What I should do is value their beauty and accept their flaws. We are just humans, with pure souls and desire happiness.

I am here to practice my compassion and radiate positive energy to all.

Result

During the day, I felt my energy as a whole. Everything went smoothly.

At the end of the day, I still felt good with my highest self and that thoughtful choice.
